Many people use CCleaner as a means of easily cleaning temp files, unprotected cookies, etc. However, there is a setting in the Applications tab for Multimedia which includes the Adobe Flash Player. With this setting checked in CCleaner, the Adobe Flash Player settings changed described in Adobe Flash and Clickjacking will be removed.
During the "Analyze" stage of CCleaner, you can see the settings.sol being listed for removal, which would remove the workaround provided by Adobe:
C:\Documents and Settings\%User%\Application Data\Macromedia\Flash Player\macromedia.com\support\flashplayer\sys\settings.sol
