Bravo, "The Planet"
I am happy to report that LandzDown Forum is back up and running. Particularly considering the magnitude of the situation, the communication and efforts by The Planet staff, contractors and suppliers has been nothing short of incredible.

Aaron advised the following at Are You Getting Server Not Found?:
"The server is offline again due to generator issues. I'll be monitoring things throughout the day. The Planet is offering service updates at http://service-update.theplanet.com/
Once the server is back online, I will manually log in and restart the IRC server (chat room) and things should be good to go at that point.
