Mozilla Firefox Version 145.0 Released with Security Updates

 

Mozilla sent Firefox Version 145.0 to the release channel. ESR Versions have been updated to versions 140.6 and 115.30.0.

The update includes fourteen security updates of which nine (9) are rated critical, six (6) rated moderate, and one (1) is rated low. The security updates can be reviewed here.

Update:  To get the update now, select "Help" from the Firefox menu and pick "About Firefox".  Mac users need to select "About Firefox" from the Firefox menu.  If you do not use the English language version, Fully Localized Versions are available for download.

Microsoft November 2025 Security Updates

 

The Microsoft November 2025 security updates have been released and consist of 63 new CVEs to Microsoft products and 5 third-party Chromium updates, making the total CVEs 68.  

Of the Microsoft CVEs released, 4 are rated Critical and 59 are rated Important in severity. At the time of release, one is listed as being under active attack.

The security updates apply to the following products, features and roles: Windows and Windows Components, Office and Office Components, Microsoft Edge (Chromium-based), Azure Monitor Agent, Dynamics 365, Hyper-V, SQL Server, and the Windows Subsystem for Linux GUI.

Windows 11, version 23H2 (both Home and Pro editions) has reached end of servicing. The November 2025 monthly security update is the last update available for these editions.

Adobe Acrobat/Reader Update

 

Adobe is releasing an update with crash fixes for Acrobat Reader.

Update or Complete Download

Adobe Acrobat and Reader are being updated to version 25.001.20844 for Windows and 25.001.20841 for Mac.  Updates should become available via the internal updater or checks can be manually activated by choosing Help/Check for Updates.
